Returns Policy: All merchandise can be returned for full refund or exchanged within 30 days from date of sale. Only tamper, sealed and not open merchandise can also be accepted within 90 days from date of sale. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging if any, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase. Customer is responsible for return back shipping fees unless in this case.

Flatirons Warranty: TMY offers one year warranty exchange on all Flatirons. Customer need to register Flatiron at time of purchase according to info on warranty card or save sales receipt instead.
